Our service fees for various applications (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, etc.) are non-refundable once the application has been processed or submitted to the respective government portal.
Any government fees paid through our portal are subject to the refund policies of the respective government departments. Once the payment is successfully made to the department, MG Online cannot initiate a refund.
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your account but the service is not rendered, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 working days, as per standard banking procedures.
If you wish to cancel a service request, please contact us immediately. If the process hasn't started, we may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.
